The Green Loans program has been discontinued. There may be new financial incentives for implementing sustainability changes coming in the following weeks so please check the Green Loans website regularly, or subscribe to the “Posts” RSS feed on top of this page for updates. My advice is that you get your assessment done while things are quiet so when new programs are implemented you will be ready to take advantage of them immediately without having to wait for your assessment. Besides, the assessment is free and you might get some great ideas about improving your home in ways that don’t cost a lot of money, if any.
